Terminal de Contêineres de Paranaguá – TCP

Created in 1998 as a result of a partnership between Pattac, Tucumann and Servinoga with other national and international companies.

Puerto de Marin – All Weather Terminal

Located in Marín, Spain. Unique in Southern Europe, built and operated by Servinoga to enable cargo handling of products that are sensitive to rain and humidity in any meteorological condition.

Puerto de A Coruña – Grain and other cargo terminal (Non-Polluting)

Features a system that eliminates contamination by dust and other toxic products. This terminal is located in the city of La Coruña, Spain, and is operated by Servinoga as a concession.

Estacionamentos ETM

Created in 2012, the Estacionamentos E.T.M. consortium won a bid from the City of Curitiba to operate almost 1.000 parking spots in the city during 20 years. The investments are directed towards improvements and modernization of existing parking lots at Rui Barbosa Square and the Bus Terminal, and for the construction of a new underground public garage next to it.

Atlantic Energias renováveis S.A.

Created in 2012 as a result of a partnership between Pattac and Servinoga, Atlantic is a holding that focuses on the exploitation of clean and renewable energies.

Cataratas do Iguaçu S.A.

The holding Cataratas do Iguaçu S.A. was created in 1999 with the objective of managing national parks. With Pattac and Tucumann as shareholders, the company began its operations in 2000 with Eco Iguaçu, its branch in Foz do Iguaçu. In 2011 it began managing Econoronha in Fernando de Noronha and Paineiras Corcovado in Rio de Janeiro.

With the expertise of managing Iguaçu National Park, in 2010 Cataratas do Iguaçu S.A. secured the concession of areas conceded by the Chico Mendes Institute for Biodiversity Conservation (ICMBio) within the Fernando de Noronha National Marine Park. This concession has as its main objective the development of projects for the renovation and expansion of tourism infrastructure.

Paineiras Corcovado Ltda.

In 2012, Cataratas do Iguaçu S.A. led the consortium that won a bid for the revitalization of Tijuca National Park. Having the Christ the Redeemer as its main attraction, this is the most visited park in Brazil. The concession seeks to improve customer service to visitors through the complete renovation of the old Paineiras Hotel, as well as improvements in mobility and leisure in the area.

Empresa Paranaense de Participações (EPP)

The Empresa Paranaense de Participações (EPP) develops and manages electrical energy generation projects and aims to set up and operate renewable energy ventures.

Caminhos do Paraná

In 1997, Pattac and Tucumann partnered with a group of Brazilian and Argentinian companies to join a bid from the Paraná State Road Concession Program – Integration Ring.

AquaRio

Created in 2013 as a result of a partnership between Cataratas do Iguaçu S.A. with two other national companies, the AquaRio project will be the biggest marine aquarium in South America, with a collection of 8.000 animals from 350 species in 4,2 million litres of water. The project is aimed at education, awareness, preservation, culture, leisure and entertainment.
